In January, BWSSB dug open 15th B Main Road, Sector 3, HSR Layout, to lay sewage lines. Later, BBMP widened the storm water drain. And then, COVID-19 happened, followed by the rains. Besides, the coordination issues between BWSSB and BBMP led to more delay. The residents suffered the most, as they had to struggle for water and transportation. The inconvenience that began nine months has still not ended. Wake up BWSSB and BBMP? The sun rose long ago.
